  • Gather at Bandra Terminus by 10:00 AM  

  • Board your train 12925 - PASCHIM EXPRESS at 11:30 AM towards Delhi

  • Overnight journey in train

  • Meal: No Meal

  • Note: Train schedules and bookings are subject to availability and may be revised accordingly

  • Upon arrival at Hazrat Nizamuddin Station by 09:54 AM

  • Later proceed towards Haridwar

  • Check-in at hotel and freshen up

  • In evening, attend Ganga Aarti at Hari Ki Pauri

  • Return back to the hotel

  • Dinner and overnight stay at Haridwar

  • Meal: Dinner

  • After breakfast, checkout from the hotel

  • Enroute visit Devprayag, Rudraprayag And Dhari devi Temple (If Time permits otherwise darshan from outside)

  • Arrive at Guptkashi and check-in at hotel

  • Dinner and overnight stay at Guptkashi

  • In morning, checkout from the hotel

  • Visit Triyuginarayan Temple (if time permits, own cost)

  • Start 20 km trek from Gaurikund to Kedarnath

  • Check-in at hotel in Kedarnath Attend Maha Aarti

  • Note: Our vehicle will operate only up to the Sonprayag/Sitapur/Rampur parking area. From there, guests must use the local union shuttle to/from Gaurikund at their own expense

  • Trek down to Sonprayag, and come till the parking area

  • Later drive to Guptkashi

  • Upon arrival, check in at hotel

  • Proceed towards Badrinath
  • Late evening, arrive at Badrinath

  • Additional costs arising from individual circumstances such as illness, accidents, hospitalization, or personal emergencies.
  • Charges related to Tatkal quota bookings and agent fees for special services or arrangements.

  • VIP darshan or passes are not included
  • Palki , Pony , Kandi (Kachhar), and Helicopter services are at own cost

    • Rates are valid for INDIAN NATIONALS only.
    • Check-in (13:00 PM) and check-out time (11:00 AM) at hotels would be as per hotel policies.
    • A valid Photo ID has to be carried.
    • No refund of any unutilized services.
    • Up to 20 + Pax tour Co-Ordinator will be provided or else virtual co-ordination.
    • The identification proofs accepted are Driving, License, Voters Card, Passport, and Ration
    • Card. Note-PAN Cards will NOT be accepted as a valid ID card.
    • The company is not responsible for additional price on account of some unforeseen events like
    • accidents, breakdown of the vehicle, riot, delay in train etc.
    • Extra will be charged if government declares any new guideline regarding hotel stay or
    • transportation. The train timings can be changed according to the availability.
    • The schedule can be changed on the spot by the manager for convenience. The company won’t
    • be responsible for any unconfirmed train ticket. Confirmation regarding train tickets needs to be
    • made at least 60 days prior.
    • Our trip manager has full right to dismiss any person from trip if he/she is trying to create an
    • unhealthy environment for others.
    • The company won't be responsible in case of any sightseeing gets cancelled due to natural
    • calamities or man-made incidents.
    • Travel Ustaad will not be responsible for any false or incorrect information submitted to
    • government authorities for any registration/Covid-19 report/epass etc required as per
    • government guidelines for travel.
    • Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of participants etc. may
    • cause itinerary change.
    • Any discrepancy in during tour shall be the sole responsibility of the customer(s).
    • If tickets are to be booked under tatkal quota extra charges are applicable.
    • All instalment should be cleared 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
    • The company won’t be responsible for my baggage loss (Expensive Loss) client should bring
    • them on your own risk.
    • Booking amount or token amount is non refundable
    • If any sightseeing is missed or remains closed due to unforeseen circumstances, it will be covered
    • the following day if feasible. Otherwise, it will be skipped and we shall not be held responsible.
    • Within 5 days of arrival / No Show: No Refund.
    • Within 15 days of arrival: 75% cancellation charges.
    • 15 – 30 days before arrival: 50% cancellation charges.
    • 30 days or more before arrival: 25% cancellation charges.
    • Note:
    • No refund for roadblocks, natural calamities, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
    • Bookings are non-transferable.
    • Full payment must be completed before the tour starts pending payments may lead to cancellation.
    • The itinerary may be modified due to weather, road conditions or operational requirements without prior notice
