Package Summary:

  • Assemble at Mmct railway station to board your train 12629 – Paschim Express by 11:25 pm (Train tickets will be book as per availibity), meet our tour – coordinator by 10:00 pm, start your most awaited journey towards Himachal, overnight journey in train.
  • Meal: No train meal.

Arrive in Chandigarh by 15:23 pm, proceed towards Chandigarh hotel for check in, leisure time at the hotel, later proceed towards Sukhna lake and rock garden, dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Meal: Dinner

Post breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Manali 8 hours journey, late at evening arrive at Manali, check in at the hotel and later proceed for Local sightseeing like such as Hadimba temple, Tibetian Monastery and famous Mall Road. Enjoy the evening leisure at hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at Manali

Meal: Breakfast and dinner

  • Post breakfast, proceed to the famous snow point of Manali, Solang valley. Paragliding, ice skating, ice scooters, ice tubes, etc., are the types of snow activities that can be enjoyed at their own expense. Dinner and overnight at Manali
  • Meal: Breakfast, dinner.

Post breakfast, visit Manikaran Gurudwara for hot water springs & enjoy traditional Langar. In evening, visit Kasol local market and beautiful surroundings. Overnight journey towards Dharamshala. Dinner will be served enroute Distance: Kasol to Dharamshala - 196 KM (8 hours approx.)

Meal: Breakfast and dinner

  • Halt for breakfast en-route, arrive in Dharamshala & Check in at the hotel. Later proceed to visit HPCA stadium & Chamundi Devi Temple & Church & Dalai Lama Temple. Evening back to hotel. Dinner & Overnight Stay at Dharamshala.
  • Meal: Breakfast, dinner
  • Post breakfast move towards Amritsar. Arrive in Amritsar, proceed to Wagah border to experience the Indo Pakistan parade & lowering of the flag ceremony. Post ceremony move towards our hotel & check-in. In evening free time for shopping or you can go and visit Golden Temple for night-view. Dinner and overnight stay at Amritsar.
  • Meal: Breakfast and dinner
  • Post breakfast, checkout & visit Golden Temple, Jalian wala Bagh, Partition Museum. Enjoy lunch in Langar (optional). Leisure time. By 5pm we move towards Amritsar Railway station to board our train departure Mumbai. Overnight journey in the train.
  • Meal: Breakfast.
  • Just as sad we are to end this tour; we'd be sad to bid you goodbye! But nevertheless, we assure you that you'd go back much fuller than before with some beautiful memories and holistic experience and a bunch of folks to have your trip planned for the next year!!

  • Activities such as ice skiing, snow rubber tube sliding, yak riding, ziplining, zorbing at your own expense
  • Any meals specifically not mentioned in the itinerary
  • Entry fees: Monuments or Gardens etc

    • The itinerary can be altered. Rates are valid for INDIAN NATIONALS only.

    • Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. A valid Photo ID has to be carried. The identification proofs accepted are Driving, License, Voters Card, Passport, and Ration Card. Note-PAN Cards will NOT be accepted as a valid ID card.

    • No refund of any unutilized services. The company is not responsible for additional price on account of some unforeseen events like accidents, breakdown of the vehicle, riot, delay in train etc

    • Extra will be charged if government declares any new guideline regarding hotel stay or transportation.

    • The schedule can be changed on the spot by the manager for convenience.

    • The company won't be responsible for any unconfirmed train ticket.

    • Confirmation regarding train tickets needs to be made at least 60 days prior. On trip manager has full right to dismiss any person from trip if he/she is trying to create an unhealthy environment for others.

    • The company won't be responsible in case of any sightseeing gets cancelled due to natural calamities or man-made incidents.

    • Travel Ustaad will not be responsible for any false or incorrect information submitted to government authorities for any registration/Covid-19 report/e- pass etc required as per government guidelines for travel.

    • Any discrepancy in during the tour shall be the sole responsibility of the customer(s).

    • Customer(s) are to share complete and correct information for travel detail, failing which, any consequence as per law or any extra charges arising thereof will be Bourne by the customer only.

    • The customer has to submit the photo ID proof all the persons travelling at time of booking.

    • The customer shall bear all liability if he/she is sent to quarantine during travel.

    • The train timings can be changed according to the availability. If tickets are to be booked under tatkal quota extra charges are applicable.

    • All installments should be cleared 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date.

    • The company won’t be responsible for my baggage loss (Expensive Loss) client should bring them on your own risk. Up to 15 + Pax tour Co-Ordinator will be provided or else virtual co-ordination.

    • Booking amount or token amount is non - refundable

    • Within 15 Days of Arrival: 75% of the total package cost is charged.
    • 15 to 30 Days Prior: 50% of the total package cost is charged.
    • 30 Days or More: 25% of the total package cost is charged.
    • No Refunds: No refunds for roadblocks, accidents, or similar events.
    • The booking is non-transferable; only the person named at confirmation is allowed to travel.
    • Full payment must be made before the trip starts; unpaid balances may result in trip cancellation.
    • Factors such as weather, road conditions, or participant physical ability may cause changes to the itinerary.
