  • HIGHLIGHTS: (2,000 M) | 8 HOURS DRIVE | 190 KM
  • Begin your journey to Sankri village from Dehradun Gaze and soak in the beautiful mother nature around you and enjoy the heavenly views during your ride from Sankri to Dehradun.
  • After reaching Sankri village check-in at our Homestay, freshen up, and lose your journey’s tiredness of the day.
  • The trek leader and support staff will be introduced to you afterward, followed by the briefing session.
  • Fill your stomachs with a mouth-watering dinner at the homestay and enjoy your overnight stay there.
  • DEHRADUN TO SANKRI Reporting Point - ISBT, Dehradun or Prince Chowk  
    Reporting Time - 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
  • HIGHLIGHTS: (2,774 M) | 3-4 HOURS TREK.
  • Say hello to the majestic morning views at 6.00 in the morning with your hot n fresh morning tea!
  • A briefing session will be hosted in the morning by the Trek Leaders, followed by a lip-smacking breakfast and the adventurous journey starts here
  • Reach the lake called ‘Juda ka talab’ which has many mythological stories revolving around it.
  • Once you reach there and set out your camp for the night, you have the starlit sky to yourself for the night to gaze at!
  • In the evening, dinner will be served at the Juda Ka Taal campsite, followed by an overnight stay there. 
  • HIGHLIGHTS: (3,429 M) | 2-3 HOURS TREK
  • The day begins with a breath of fresh air, a cup of morning tea followed by a fulfilling breakfast.
  • A briefing will be provided to you by the trek leader before you depart for Kedarkantha Base Camp.
  • Afterward, we will begin our trek toward Kedarkantha Base Camp, which means 2-3 hours of the snow-lined path and a few patches of green here and there throughout the way.
  • Get ready to witness the most amazing views of the snow-capped Himalayan peaks of Bandarpoonch, Kala Nag, and Ranglana.
  • Once we reach our campsite, we will be served a mouthwatering- fulfilling lunch.
  • The evening will conclude with dinner at the campsite, followed by an overnight stay at Kedarkantha Base Camp. 
  • HIGHLIGHTS: (3,810 M) TO HARGAON (2,713 M) | 5-6 HOURS TREK
  • It will be an early start this day (around 2:00 AM at night) for our trek to Kedarkantha Summit.
  • As we trek towards Kedarkantha Peak on the fourth day, we will experience intense wind and cold.
  • We will witness the sunrise after reaching the summit . Get your pictures clicked on top of the world, quite literally!
  • Take in the moments of win and breathe in the enthusiasm before you begin trekking your way down!
  • Within the next few hours, you will have to return to Kedarkantha Base Camp once again.
  • After lunch, you’ll have to trek down to Hargaon Campsite, where you’ll have an overnight stay.
  • HIGHLIGHTS: 7-9HRS | 12-13KM | 3800M – 4182M – 3350M
  • The day begins with a hearty breakfast and a trek towards Sankri Village from the Hargaon Campsite.
  • Unlike other paths to Sankri, this path to Sankri leads through pine trees and is mainly stone-lined.
  • Once we arrive in Sankri, we will stop at our homestay for a quick break.
  • You’re welcome to order snacks for takeaway too.
  • We will then proceed to Dehradun (we will reach Dehradun by late evening).

    • No refund of any unutilized services.
    • The company is not responsible for additional price on account of some unforeseen events like accidents, breakdown of the vehicle, riot, delay in train etc Extra will be charged if government declares any new guideline regarding hotel stay or transportation.
    • The schedule can be changed on the spot by the manager for convenience.
    • The company won't be responsible for any unconfirmed train ticket.
    • Confirmation regarding train tickets needs to be made at least 120 days prior.
    • On trip manager has full right to dismiss any person from trip if he/she is trying to create an unhealthy environment for others.
    • The company won't be responsible in case of any sightseeing gets cancelled due to natural calamities or man-made incidents.
    • Travel Ustaad will not be responsible for any false or incorrect information submitted to government authorities for any registration/Covid-19 report/e- pass etc required as per government guidelines for travel. Any discrepancy in during tour shall be the sole responsibility of the customer(s).
    • Customer(s) are to share complete and correct information for travel detail, failing which, any consequence as per law or any extra charges arising thereof will be Bourne by the customer only.
    • Customer has to submit the photo ID proof all the persons travelling at time of booking.
    • Customer shall bear all liability if he/she is sent to quarantine during travel.
    • The train timings can be changed according to the availability.
    • If tickets are to be booked under tatkal quota extra charges are applicable. All instalment should be cleared 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
    • The company won’t be responsible for my baggage loss (Expensive Loss) client should bring them on your own risk. Up to 15 + Pax tour Co-Ordinator will be provided or else virtual co-ordination.
    • 1st instalment is Nonrefundable.
    • 5 days prior Arrival date No Show No Refund Within 15 days of Arrival Date 75% of the total package cost.
    • 15 Days to 30 Days prior to Arrival 50% of the total package cost.
    • 30 Days & More: 25 % of package cost. Note: No refunds in case of Road Blocks, Accidents, etc.
    • Transfer of your bookings to other persons are not allowed.
    • Name mentioned at the time of confirmation will be the person allowed to travel.
    • Full payment of the trip cost has to be paid before the trip starts, pending payments may lead to cancellation of your trip.
    • Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of participants etc. may cause itinerary change.
