Assemble at Dadar Western Station by 14.00pm to board your train 20907 - Sayajinagri Exp at 15:15pm towards Mumbai. Overnight journey in train. Meal: No meal
06:30 AM: Pickup from Bhuj Railway station/ airport/ bus station
07:30 AM: Breakfast and drive to Kala Dung
10:00 AM: Explore scenic view and get to see the India-Pakistan border
01:00 PM: Check in to our luxurious stay and rest for a while. Enjoy authentic local food lunch
04:00 PM: Go out to witness a majestic sunset and visit Dhordo Village
07:00 PM: Return and attend Rann cultural program/festival and photography
09:00 PM: Enjoy dinner and night stay in traditional tents.
10:30 PM: Go out after dinner to see a glistening white desert under the moonlight. If you wish you can stay back to rest.
Meal: Morning Tea, breakfast, lunch and dinner
6:00 AM - 08:00 AM: Grab a glimpse of the first rays of the sunrise.
08:00 AM - 09:30 AM: Have breakfast and check out from the hotel
9:30 AM - 13:00 PM: Drive back to Bhuj. Lunch enroute. Local sightseeing.
13:00 PM- 19:30 PM: Local sightseeing- Aadhiyogi Statue, Khari Nadi, Kutch Museum, Aaina Mahal, Chhatedi, local shopping and Swaminarayan temple.
21:30 PM: Drop at Bhuj Railway station/ airport/ bus station
Meal: Morning Tea, breakfast and lunch
The itinerary can be altered. Rates are valid for INDIAN NATIONALS only.
Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. A valid Photo ID has to be carried. The identification proofs accepted are Driving, License, Voters Card, Passport, and Ration Card. Note-PAN Cards will NOT be accepted as a valid ID card.
No refund of any unutilized services. The company is not responsible for additional price on account of some unforeseen events like accidents, breakdown of the vehicle, riot, delay in train etc
Extra will be charged if government declares any new guideline regarding hotel stay or transportation.
The schedule can be changed on the spot by the manager for convenience.
The company won't be responsible for any unconfirmed train ticket.
Confirmation regarding train tickets needs to be made at least 60 days prior. On trip manager has full right to dismiss any person from trip if he/she is trying to create an unhealthy environment for others.
The company won't be responsible in case of any sightseeing gets cancelled due to natural calamities or man-made incidents.
Travel Ustaad will not be responsible for any false or incorrect information submitted to government authorities for any registration/Covid-19 report/e- pass etc required as per government guidelines for travel.
Any discrepancy in during the tour shall be the sole responsibility of the customer(s).
Customer(s) are to share complete and correct information for travel detail, failing which, any consequence as per law or any extra charges arising thereof will be Bourne by the customer only.
The customer has to submit the photo ID proof all the persons travelling at time of booking.
The customer shall bear all liability if he/she is sent to quarantine during travel.
The train timings can be changed according to the availability. If tickets are to be booked under tatkal quota extra charges are applicable.
All installments should be cleared 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
The company won’t be responsible for my baggage loss (Expensive Loss) client should bring them on your own risk. Up to 15 + Pax tour Co-Ordinator will be provided or else virtual co-ordination.
