• The itinerary can be altered. Rates are valid for INDIAN NATIONALS only.

• The company is not responsible for additional price on account of some unforeseen events like accidents, breakdown of the vehicle, riot, delay in train etc Extra will be charged if government declares any new guideline regarding hotel stay or transportation.
• The schedule can be changed on the spot by the manager for convenience.
• The company won't be responsible for any unconfirmed train ticket.
• Confirmation regarding train tickets needs to be made at least 120 days prior.
• On trip manager has full right to dismiss any person from trip if he/she is trying to create an unhealthy environment for others
• The company won't be responsible in case of any sightseeing gets cancelled due to natural calamities or man-made incidents.
• Travel Ustaad will not be responsible for any false or incorrect information submitted to government authorities for any registration/Covid-19 report/epass etc required as per government guidelines for travel.
• Any discrepancy in during tour shall be the sole responsibility of the customer(s). Customer(s) are to share complete and correct information for travel detail, failing which, any consequence as per law or any extra charges arising thereof will be Bourne by the customer only.
• Customer has to submit the photo ID proof all the persons travelling at time of booking.
• The company won’t be responsible for my baggage loss (Expensive Loss) client should bring them on your own risk. Up to 15 + Pax tour Co-Ordinator will be provided or else virtual co-ordination. 1st instalment is Nonrefundable.

• 15 days of Arrival Date 75% of the total package cost.
• 15 Days to 30 Days prior to Arrival 50% of the total package cost.
• 30 Days & More: 25 % of package cost.

Note: No refunds in case of Road Blocks, Accidents, etc. Transfer of your bookings to other persons are not allowed. Name mentioned at the time of confirmation will be the person allowed to travel. Full payment of the trip cost has to be paid before the trip starts, pending payments may lead to cancellation of your trip. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of participants etc. may cause itinerary change.
