Exchange Rates: All international group tours are priced on an estimated Rate of Exchange (ROE). The passenger will be charged the ROE as per the date of payment of the holiday package.

Hotel Room Conditions: Hotel rooms may not be air conditioned / air cooled nor will fans be provided. Air conditioning / cooling in hotels are set as per European weather conditions. Functioning of Air cooling / Air conditioning in hotels is subject to official declaration of summer by the local authority. During heat wave in Europe air conditioning of the hotels and coaches may cease to function as they are not built for such high temperatures. Most hotels in Europe do not provide tea kettles in the rooms.

Hotel Locations during Events: Due to international events and trade fairs all throughout Europe (such as the Air Show, music festivals, ice skating championships etc.,) you may have to stay in hotels further away from the city.

All itinerary rates are based on departures from Mumbai. Prices may vary for departures from other cities. The price is calculated at an exchange rate of ₹90. However, INR payments for the foreign exchange component will be calculated based on the prevailing ROE on the day of payment.

In a twin-sharing arrangement, if one individual's visa is rejected, the other person must proceed with single occupancy and bear the associated cost (Single Supplement).

A person below 12 years of age throughout the tour will be considered a child.

As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds, and the room size may be the same as the double room.

Tours will operate subject to all government regulations.

Local taxes, entrances, and services are calculated as of October 1, 2023. Any increase in local taxes, entry tickets, and other services must be borne and paid by the traveler.

All transfers and extensive sightseeing with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) will be done in an air-conditioned coach.

If there is a long queue at the Eiffel Tower, you may be taken to the Montparnasse Tower.

It is suggested to carry one check-in bag and one handbag per person due to limited boot space in the coach.

On some occasions, you may have to join another group if your group does not have adequate members.

Land surcharges are applicable on certain departure dates, which will be notified.

If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, alternate arrangements will be made.

The tour routing could change on certain departure dates, and there is a possibility that the tour could operate in reverse. However, you will not miss any mentioned sightseeing or excursions unless closed due to a holiday.

In case of inordinate delays and strict driving laws, a packed dinner may be provided.

No Show No Refund Within 15 days of Arrival Date 75% of the total package cost.

15 Days to 30 Days prior to Arrival 50% of the total package cost. 30 Days & More: 25 % of package cost.

Note: No refunds in case of Road Blocks, Accidents, etc. Transfer of your bookings to other persons are not allowed.

Name mentioned at the time of confirmation will be the person allowed to travel.

Full payment of the trip cost has to be paid before the trip starts, pending payments may lead to cancellation of your trip.

Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of participants etc. may cause itinerary changes.
