Package Summary:

Morning: Arrive in Mathura. Check into your hotel.

• Afternoon: Travel to Barsana (1-hour) to experience the unique Laddu Holi at the Shri Radha Rani Temple. Watch the joyful throwing of laddus by devotees.

• Evening: Return to Mathura. Visit Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple or relax at your hotel.

• Stay: Mathura

Morning: Head to Barsana to participate in the vibrant Lathmar Holi celebrations at Radha Rani Temple. Watch as women playfully beat men with sticks while they shield themselves, reenacting Krishna and Radha’s legendary stories.

• Afternoon: Stroll around Barsana village, enjoy local food, and immerse yourself in the festive atmosphere.

• Evening: Return to Mathura for rest.

• Stay: Mathura.

Morning: Travel to Gokul (30 mins) to visit:

• Raman Reti, where Lord Krishna played as a child.

• Nand Bhavan Temple and Gokul Nath Ji Temple to experience the tranquil yet festive atmosphere.

• Afternoon: Proceed to Nandgaon (30 mins from Gokul) for Lathmar Holi celebrations at Nand Bhawan Temple. Join in the colorful festivities and experience the charm of Krishna’s village.

• Evening: Return to Mathura or Vrindavan.

• Stay: Mathura or Vrindavan.

• Morning: Visit Vrindavan to participate in the Phoolwalon Ki Holi at the Banke Bihari Temple, where Holi is played with flower petals.

• Afternoon: Experience Rangbhari Ekadashi Holi celebrations in Vrindavan’s temples.

• Evening: Visit the Prem Mandir and ISKCON Temple, and shop for souvenirs before departing for your onward journey.

  • Any entry fees for attractions or temples not mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Any extra costs arising from unforeseen circumstances such as roadblocks, accidents, or additional government guidelines.
  • Tips for guides, drivers, or hotel staff are not included.

    • Hotel Check-in/Check-out As per hotel policies.
    • Valid Photo ID Required Accepted IDs include Driving License, Voter's Card, Passport, and Ration Card. PAN Cards are NOT accepted.
    • No Refund for Unutilized Services.
    • Extra Charges May apply due to unforeseen events (accidents, vehicle breakdown, riots, delays, government guidelines for hotels/transport).
    • The trip manager may alter the schedule for convenience.
    • The company is not responsible for any unconfirmed tickets. Confirmation needed 120 days prior.
    • The manager may dismiss any person creating an unhealthy environment.
    • The company isn't liable for cancellations due to natural or man-made incidents.
    •  The company is not responsible for incorrect information provided for government requirements (registration, Covid-19 reports, e-pass, etc.).
    • Customers must provide accurate travel details; failure to do so may result in legal consequences or additional charges.
    • Required at the time of booking for all travelers.
    • Customers will bear the responsibility if they are quarantined during travel.
    • May change based on availability.
    • Extra charges will apply for Tatkal tickets.
    • All installments must be cleared 7 days prior to departure. The first installment is non-refundable.
    • The company is not responsible for lost baggage, especially expensive items. Travel at your own risk.
    • Provided for groups of 15+ Pax, or virtual coordination for smaller groups.
      • 5 days prior to arrival date: No show, no refund.
      • Within 15 days of arrival date: 75% of the total package cost will be refunded.
      • 15 to 30 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.
      • 30 days or more before arrival: 25% of the package cost will be refunded.

    • Important Notes:

      • No Refunds for road blocks, accidents, or unforeseen events.
      • Transfer of Bookings to other persons is not allowed.
      • The name mentioned at the time of confirmation will be the person allowed to travel.
      • Full payment of the trip cost must be made before departure. Pending payments may lead to trip cancellation.
      • Itinerary Changes may occur due to factors such as weather, road conditions, and participant fitness.
