This is a nature-focused and respectful group activity. Please do not treat it as a party or casual getaway. The intent is to enjoy the beauty of kalsubai responsibly.
Follow your trek leader’s instructions at all times. Their decision will be final and binding for the safety and harmony of the group.
No littering or damaging of archaeological sites, historical structures, or natural surroundings.
Swimming in lakes, tanks, or water bodies on the forts is strictly prohibited. Many of these are sources of drinking water for locals.
Do not place your feet in water tanks or on cannons or other heritage structures.
Absolutely no alcohol, smoking, or use of any intoxicants during the trip. Anyone found violating this rule will be removed from the trek without a refund, and will need to travel back at their own expense.
Please avoid carrying or wearing valuable items, jewelry, or ornaments. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
If you miss your pickup point or are unreachable at the time of departure, the trek will proceed without you and no refund will be provided.
A detailed itinerary will be shared on a dedicated WhatsApp group for confirmed participants before the trip.
The tour is weather-dependent. In case of unforeseen weather changes, last-minute cancellations or modifications to the schedule may occur for safety reasons.
75% refund if notified via phone conversation 8 or more days prior to the event date.
