Package Summary:

  • Assemble at Bandra Terminus by 10:00 AM.

  • Board the train 12925 Paschim Express at 11.25am towards Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station (NZM) 

  • Overnight journey on the train.

  • Meal: No meal

  • Upon arrival at Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Sttaion by 10:00 am

  • Proceed to Haridwar approx 5 to 6 hours

  • Visit Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri in the evening.

  • Transfer to hotel, check-in, dinner and overnight stay.
    Distance: 212 km (Approx. 4 hrs)
    Meals: Dinner

  • After breakfast, check out and depart for Guptkashi.

  • Enroute, enjoy views of Devprayag (sangam of Alaknanda & Bhagirathi rivers).

  • Arrive in Guptkashi by evening, dinner and overnight stay.
    Distance: 220 km (Approx. 8 hrs)
    Meals: Breakfast & Dinner

  • After breakfast, proceed to Sonprayag.

  • Optional visit to Triyuginarayan Temple (if time permits, self-paid).

  • Reach Gaurikund and begin 20 km trek to Kedarnath.

  • Check-in at hotel, attend Maha Aarti, dinner, and overnight stay at Kedarnath.

  • After breakfast, visit Bhairavnath Temple and Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi.

  • Trek down to Sonprayag, then proceed to Guptkashi.

  • Expenses for shopping, alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature, and any food or drinks not included in the set menu
  • Additional costs arising from individual circumstances such as illness, accidents, hospitalization, or personal emergencies.
  • Charges related to Tatkal quota bookings and agent fees for special services or arrangements.
  • Train fare (If booked on land package) / Air Fare

  • Personal Expenses: Drinks, STD calls, Lunch, laundry, etc

    • The itinerary can be altered. Rates are valid for INDIAN NATIONALS only.

    • Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. A valid Photo ID has to be carried. The identification proofs accepted are Driving, License, Voters Card, Passport, and Ration Card. Note-PAN Cards will NOT be accepted as a valid ID card.

    • No refund of any unutilized services. The company is not responsible for additional price on account of some unforeseen events like accidents, breakdown of the vehicle, riot, delay in train etc

    • Extra will be charged if government declares any new guideline regarding hotel stay or transportation.

    • The schedule can be changed on the spot by the manager for convenience.

    • The company won't be responsible for any unconfirmed train ticket.

    • Confirmation regarding train tickets needs to be made at least 120 days prior. On trip manager has full right to dismiss any person from trip if he/she is trying to create an unhealthy environment for others.

    • The company won't be responsible in case of any sightseeing gets cancelled due to natural calamities or man-made incidents.

    • Travel Ustaad will not be responsible for any false or incorrect information submitted to government authorities for any registration/Covid-19 report/e- pass etc required as per government guidelines for travel.

    • Any discrepancy in during the tour shall be the sole responsibility of the customer(s).

    • Customer(s) are to share complete and correct information for travel detail, failing which, any consequence as per law or any extra charges arising thereof will be Bourne by the customer only.

    • The customer has to submit the photo ID proof all the persons travelling at time of booking.

    • The customer shall bear all liability if he/she is sent to quarantine during travel.

    • The train timings can be changed according to the availability. If tickets are to be booked under tatkal quota extra charges are applicable.

    • All installments should be cleared 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date.

    • The company won’t be responsible for my baggage loss (Expensive Loss) client should bring them on your own risk. Up to 15 + Pax tour Co-Ordinator will be provided or else virtual co-ordination.

    • 1st installment is Non refundable

    • Within 15 Days of Arrival: 75% of the total package cost is charged.
    • 15 to 30 Days Prior: 50% of the total package cost is charged.
    • 30 Days or More: 25% of the total package cost is charged.
    • No Refunds: No refunds for roadblocks, accidents, or similar events.
    • The booking is non-transferable; only the person named at confirmation is allowed to travel.
    • Full payment must be made before the trip starts; unpaid balances may result in trip cancellation.
    • Factors such as weather, road conditions, or participant physical ability may cause changes to the itinerary.
