The identification proofs accepted are Driving, License, Voters Card, Passport, and Ration Card. Note-PAN Cards will NOT be accepted as a valid ID card.
The company is not responsible for additional price on account of some unforeseen events like accidents, breakdown of the vehicle, riot, delay in train etc.
Extra will be charged if government declares any new guideline regarding hotel stay or transportation. The train timings can be changed according to the availability.
The schedule can be changed on the spot by the manager for convenience. The company won’t be responsible for any unconfirmed train ticket. Confirmation regarding train tickets needs to be made at least 60 days prior.
Our trip manager has full right to dismiss any person from trip if he/she is trying to create an unhealthy environment for others. The company won't be responsible in case of any sightseeing gets cancelled due to natural calamities or man-made incidents.
Travel Ustaad will not be responsible for any false or incorrect information submitted to government authorities for any registration/Covid-19 report/epass etc required as per government guidelines for travel.
Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of participants etc. may cause itinerary change.
Any discrepancy in during tour shall be the sole responsibility of the customer(s).
If tickets are to be booked under tatkal quota extra charges are applicable.
All instalment should be cleared 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date. The company won’t be responsible for my baggage loss (Expensive Loss) client should bring them on your own risk.
Booking amount or token amount is non refundable
If any sightseeing is missed or remains closed due to unforeseen circumstances, it will be covered the following day if feasible. Otherwise, it will be skipped and we shall not be held responsible.
