Day 1 - Depart from Mumbai/ Pune/ Bangalore to Hotspet

Volvo Bus:

Mumbai pickups will be between 03:00pm - 06:30pm (Mira Road - Borivali - Andheri - Sion - Chembur - Vashi)
Pune pickups will be between 07:30pm - 9:00pm ( Wakad, Chandani Chowk, Katraj )
Bangalore pickup will be 10:00pm ( Anand Rao Circle )

Tempo Traveller Bus:

Mumbai pickups will be between 02:00pm -03:30pm ( Dadar - Sion - Chembur - Vashi.)
Pune pickups will be between 07:30pm - 9:00pm ( FC Road, Wakad, Chandani Chowk, Katraj )
Bangalore pickup will be 11:00pm (Anand Rao Circle)
This entire night will be traveling to Hospet because it is a long route.
So you can relax on the Bus, you are going to have a long trip!

Day 2 - Anegundi Sightseeings and Water Activities

The adventure begins here. We will reach Hampi in the morning, and then you can freshen up and have breakfast.
After that, the actual trip begins. Starting from Anegundi village, we will explore a lot of places like Chintamani Temple, Durga Mata temple, and the Sanapur Lake, where you can experience cliff jumping and also relax near the scenic beauty. We will also experience the thrilling Coracle ride.
Then, we will enjoy a beautiful sunset from Anjaneya Hill.
Lastly, we will go back to the campsite to enjoy the surrounding scenic view and the calm weather. After having Dinner Indulge yourself in stargazing and enjoy the bonfire amidst the beautiful nature, and fall in love with this place.
NOTE: Activities like Cliff Jumping and Coracle Ride will be closed during monsoon

Day 3 - Hampi Sightseeing

Start early in the morning because we have to cover a lot today.
We will start the day with mesmerizing journey will take you to the unconditionally beautiful heritage of Hampi.
Post breakfast we will explore- Vijaya Vitthal Temple, Queen's bath palace, Mahanavmi Dibba, Pushkarni, Hajari Rama Temple, Lotus Mahal, Elephant stables, Zanana Enclosure, Guards House, and Watch Tower, Underground Shiva Temple, Badavi Lingam, Ugranarsimha, Virupaksha temple,

Rates are valid for INDIAN NATIONALS only.
Check-in (13:00 PM) and check-out time (11:00 AM) at hotels would be as per hotel policies.
A valid Photo ID has to be carried.
No refund of any unutilized services.
Up to 20 + Pax tour Co-Ordinator will be provided or else virtual co-ordination.
The identification proofs accepted are Driving, License, Voters Card, Passport, and Ration
Card. Note-PAN Cards will NOT be accepted as a valid ID card.
The company is not responsible for additional price on account of some unforeseen events like
accidents, breakdown of the vehicle, riot, delay in train etc.
Extra will be charged if government declares any new guideline regarding hotel stay or
transportation. The train timings can be changed according to the availability.
The schedule can be changed on the spot by the manager for convenience. The company won’t
be responsible for any unconfirmed train ticket. Confirmation regarding train tickets needs to be
made at least 60 days prior.
Our trip manager has full right to dismiss any person from trip if he/she is trying to create an
unhealthy environment for others.
The company won't be responsible in case of any sightseeing gets cancelled due to natural
calamities or man-made incidents.
Travel Ustaad will not be responsible for any false or incorrect information submitted to
government authorities for any registration/Covid-19 report/epass etc required as per
government guidelines for travel.
Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of participants etc. may
cause itinerary change.
Any discrepancy in during tour shall be the sole responsibility of the customer(s).
If tickets are to be booked under tatkal quota extra charges are applicable.
All instalment should be cleared 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
The company won’t be responsible for my baggage loss (Expensive Loss) client should bring
them on your own risk.
Booking amount or token amount is non refundable
If any sightseeing is missed or remains closed due to unforeseen circumstances, it will be covered the following day if feasible. Otherwise, it will be skipped and we shall not be held responsible.

Within 5 days of arrival / No Show: No Refund.
Within 15 days of arrival: 75% cancellation charges.
15–30 days before arrival: 50% cancellation charges.
30 days or more before arrival: 25% cancellation charges.

No refund for roadblocks, natural calamities, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Bookings are non-transferable.
Full payment must be completed before the tour starts pending payments may lead to cancellation.
