    • Extra will be charged if government declares any new guideline regarding hotel stay or
    • transportation. The train timings can be changed according to the availability.
    • The schedule can be changed on the spot by the manager for convenience. The company won’t
    • be responsible for any unconfirmed train ticket. Confirmation regarding train tickets needs to be
    • made at least 60 days prior.
    • Our trip manager has full right to dismiss any person from trip if he/she is trying to create an
    • unhealthy environment for others.
    • The company won't be responsible in case of any sightseeing gets cancelled due to natural
    • calamities or man-made incidents.
    • Travel Ustaad will not be responsible for any false or incorrect information submitted to
    • government authorities for any registration/Covid-19 report/epass etc required as per
    • government guidelines for travel.
    • Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of participants etc. may
    • cause itinerary change.
    • Any discrepancy in during tour shall be the sole responsibility of the customer(s).
    • If tickets are to be booked under tatkal quota extra charges are applicable.
    • All instalment should be cleared 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
    • The company won’t be responsible for my baggage loss (Expensive Loss) client should bring
    • them on your own risk.
    • Booking amount or token amount is non refundable
    • If any sightseeing is missed or remains closed due to unforeseen circumstances, it will be covered
    • the following day if feasible. Otherwise, it will be skipped and we shall not be held responsible.
    • Within 5 days of arrival / No Show: No Refund.
      Within 15 days of arrival: 75% cancellation charges.
      15–30 days before arrival: 50% cancellation charges.
      30 days or more before arrival: 25% cancellation charges.
      Note:
      No refund for roadblocks, natural calamities, accidents, or
      other unforeseen circumstances.
      Bookings are non-transferable.
      Full payment must be completed before the tour starts;
      pending payments may lead to cancellation.
      The itinerary may be modified due to weather, road conditions,
      or operational requirements without prior notice.
